1. How to Enter: Participants must follow the entry instructions as announced on Cornwall’s Rewind Radio. Only one entry per person per day is allowed unless otherwise stated.
2. A valid email address is required, it is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct and up to date details when entering the competition. Cornwall's Rewind Radio can't be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information
3. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. 5.  Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Cornwall’s Rewind Radio, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the station are not eligible to enter.
6. Cash Pot & Prize: The prize amount will increase daily until a correct answer is given. The total cash prize will be confirmed at the time of winning.
7. Winning Criteria: The winner is the first person to correctly identify the mystery sound as judged by Cornwall’s Rewind Radio. The station’s decision is final. You must answer the call to play, if you miss the call then you will miss the chance to play.
8. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the details provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected.
9. Prize Collection: The cash prize will be paid via bank transfer or another agreed method. No alternative prizes or substitutions are available.
10. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to have their name and/or voice used in promotional material related to the competition.
11. Fair Play: Any attempts to cheat, manipulate, or unfairly influence the outcome will result in disqualification.
12. Changes & Cancellations: Cornwall’s Rewind Radio reserves the right to amend these terms, withdraw, or modify the competition at any time without notice.
