We’re hitting the road and you could win a 3 night stay in Cornwall!

From 3rd April to 1st May, our branded car will be travelling all over Cornwall, popping up at beaches, harbours, landmarks and town centres across the county,  and you could win an incredible 3-night stay in Cornwall just by entering.

We’ll be revealing our locations as we go, sharing photos and updates from each stop on our social media channels. One day we might be beside the sea, the next in the heart of a bustling town or overlooking dramatic Cornish cliffs. Keep your eyes peeled… we could be anywhere.

Entering is easy. If you spot the car while we’re out and about, simply scan the QR code displayed on the vehicle and complete the entry form. If you don’t manage to catch us in person, you can still enter by filling in the form right here on our website. You don’t need to find the car to be in with a chance of winning — but if you do see us, come over and say hello.

We’ll be stopping at selected locations to meet listeners, hand out free car stickers and chat to you along the way. And on certain days, we may even have a few small surprise on-the-spot prizes up for grabs — so it’s always worth coming over.

At the end of the tour, one lucky winner will be selected at random and announced live on air during our Drive Time show on the 1st May. Imagine hearing your name called and knowing you’ve just won a Cornish getaway.

Terms and Conditions.

1.⁠ ⁠Promoter

1.1. The Promoter is Cornwall’s Rewind Radio (“the Promoter”).

1.2. The competition is sponsored by Hawkins Motors (“the Sponsor”). The Sponsor is not responsible for the administration of the competition.

 2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to residents of Cornwall aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2. Entrants must provide a valid Cornwall residential address at the time of entry.

2.3. Entries submitted with a postcode outside of Cornwall will be deemed invalid and automatically disqualified.

2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of Cornwall residency (such as a valid driving licence, utility bill, or other official documentation showing a Cornwall address) before awarding the Prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

2.5. Employees of Cornwall’s Rewind Radio, Hawkins Motors, associated companies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

2.6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 3.⁠ ⁠Competition Period

3.1. The competition will run from 3rd April to 1st May inclusive.

3.2. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

 4.⁠ ⁠How to Enter

4.1. During the competition period, the Cornwall’s Rewind Radio branded vehicle will travel to various locations across Cornwall.

4.2. Entrants may enter the competition by either:
    •    Scanning the QR code displayed on the branded vehicle and completing the online entry form; or
    •    Completing the competition entry form available on the Cornwall’s Rewind Radio website.

4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.4. Only one (1) entry per person will be permitted for the duration of the competition period. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

4.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or duplicated entries due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.

 5.⁠ ⁠The Prize

5.1. One (1) winner will receive a 3-night stay in Cornwall (“the Prize”).

5.2. The Prize is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider, including but not limited to booking requirements, blackout dates, availability restrictions, and expiry dates.

5.3. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

 6.⁠ ⁠Winner Selection & Announcement

6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

6.2. The draw will take place during drive time Show on Friday 1st May.

6.3. The winner will also be contacted directly using the details provided on their entry form.

6.4. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner at random.

6.5. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 7.⁠ ⁠On-the-Spot Prizes

7.1. During the promotional tour, the Promoter may offer smaller on-the-spot prizes at selected locations.

7.2. These prizes are limited in quantity, subject to availability, and awarded at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

7.3. On-the-spot prizes are separate from the main competition prize and do not affect entry into the main draw.

 8.⁠ ⁠Publicity

8.1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity if required, including the use of their name, likeness, and photographs on air, online, and across social media channels without additional compensation.

8.2. Individuals who approach the branded vehicle during the promotional tour may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

 9.⁠ ⁠Liability

9.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of entering the competition or accepting the Prize.

9.2. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, website outages, QR code scanning issues, network disruptions, or any event outside its reasonable control.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10.⁠ ⁠General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.2. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

10.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
